RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If a buyer wishes to return an item for any reason, the seller should contact us as soon as possible at cs@sellerbooster.com. We require pictures of the item in question in most cases, especially if the item is damaged. Generally, return labels must be paid for by either the buyer or the seller; SellerBooster will pay the cost if there is a mistake on our end. The information below will explain how we handle returns in certain specific circumstances:


ITEM IS DEFECTIVE

SellerBooster requires a picture and a detailed description of the damage. We will gladly send a refund or provide a replacement as soon as the item is received.


ITEM NO LONGER NEEDED / WANTED

Once we receive the item, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund to the seller.


ITEM DELIVERED PAST ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

If SellerBooster misses the shipping deadline, we will apply a 10% discount on the product fee paid by the seller. However, we will not be held responsible for any problems while the item is in transit; please contact the carrier for any delivery concerns. 


WRONG ITEM WAS SENT

SellerBooster requires the seller to submit detailed information and a picture of the incorrect item. We will gladly send the correct item or provide a refund.
However, we will not be responsible for refunds if the correct item was sent to the buyer. If the seller wishes to provide a replacement under this circumstance, we must charge for shipping and another product fee.


ACCIDENTAL ORDER PLACED

SellerBooster will not be held responsible if a buyer places an accidental order. We will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the original cost and issue the balance of the refund to the seller after we receive the item.


BETTER PRICE AVAILABLE

SellerBooster strives to suggest a fair retail price for each item in our database. However, we are not responsible if a buyer returns an item due to finding a better price elsewhere. Once the item is returned to us, we will charge a 20% restocking fee and issue the remaining refund to the seller.


UNAUTHORIZED PURCHASES

SellerBooster is not responsible if a buyer returns an item due to an unauthorized purchase. After receiving the item, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee and issue the balance of the refund to the seller.


DESCRIPTION ON WEBSITE WAS NOT ACCURATE

SellerBooster will require the seller to take a picture of (or copy and paste) the description of the product. If the description clearly does not match the item, we will provide a refund. Depending on the item, we will either allow the buyer to keep the item or ask that the item is returned to us prior to issuing the refund.


THE SHIPPING BOX OR ENVELOPE IS NOT DAMAGED BUT THE ITEM IS DAMAGED

Depending on the cost of the item, SellerBooster may simply provide a replacement or refund without requiring a return. However, in certain cases, we may need to have the item returned to us prior to issuing a replacement or refund. We require pictures of the shipping box or envelope and the damaged item in all such cases.


UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

SellerBooster will not be held responsible if a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address. The seller will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee, and an additional shipping fee must be charged if a new shipment is made to the buyer. If the buyer does not desire to wait for another shipment, we will deduct a 20% restocking fee from the original cost and issue the remaining refund to the seller.
